Communication and conversation skills
In our (individual or group-based) training sessions, we focus on the concrete behavior of our participants. We work with realistic situations experienced as challenging by the participants. Training topics include, e.g.:
- Communication and conversation techniques
- Critical discussions with employees
- Constructive conflict discussions
- Moderation and meeting management
- Goal- and listener-oriented presentations
Particularly on the individual level, we also offer specific work (awareness raising and further development) with respect to personal communication behavior and its effects on others
Assessment of potentials
Our participants in these training measures benefit from our long-term experience in the area of assessing potentials. Training topics include, e.g.:
- Fair and differentiated employee appraisals
- Conducting effective job interviews
- Observing and evaluating in an assessment / development center
- Role playing
